Miftah, a Dubai-based luxury travel company, launched its operation in Kenya yesterday, targeting the country’s luxury tourists.

Kenya is the firm’s first entry on the African continent, giving it an opportunity to expand to more countries in the global south.

“Miftah Africa is opening a new dimension of limitless lifestyle to our luxury clients. As Africa becomes a focal point globally for investment, climate action, and natural resources, we offer our clients unparalleled opportunities for both leisure and investment,” said Miftah co-founder Pascaline Nkwe.

Miftah offers clients travel, luxury lifestyle, health wealth management, personal executive services, relocation, and real estate needs.

Oscar Kato and Pascaline Nkwe, African hoteliers, established the company in 2022.

Its entry coincides with the hiring of Saruni Lelaona as CEO of Miftah Africa, who will oversee the company’s pan-African activities from its newly opened office in Nairobi, Kenya.

Saruni has a diverse background in operational management, finance, business development, and relationship management.
