CIC Insurance Offers Early Retirement Package for Staff

CIC Insurance has announced an early retirement package for employees.

The insurer stated that the entirety of the severance package is accessible on its intranet, Jumuika, in an internal memo that was seen by Capital Business and distributed to all employees.

As part of the group’s restructuring, General Insurance Limited, CIC Life Assurance Company Ltd., CIC Asset Management Ltd., and CIC Insurance Group PLC have all elected to retire early or leave the company.

“Following the Staff Town Hall meeting held today, 3rd November 2023, the circular to all Kenya staff has been placed on the Intranet -Jumuika where you can now access and familiarise with the contents,” its Group CEO Patrick Nyaga said.

It also informed employees that all possible inquiries about the initiative would be answered on the platform.

“For any further information and clarification, contact HR & Administration office/ respective HRBP’s,” Nyaga added.
