NCBA Bank has opened a new branch in Wote Town, Makueni County, as the bank expands its operations across the country.

The Mbau Junction Mall branch brings the lender’s total countrywide footprint to 73 outlets.

NCBA has recently been on an expansion binge, with plans to open ten branches this year.

“At NCBA, we believe in fostering financial inclusion, supporting economic growth, and enhancing the prosperity of the communities we serve,” said the bank’s director for retail banking, Tirus Mwithiga.

“Therefore, our decision as NCBA to open this branch demonstrates our dedication to supporting the needs of the people and businesses in this community,” he added.

The new outlet will offer a wide range of financial products and services, such as savings and current accounts, unsecured loans, Lipa na NCBA, and asset finance solutions.

“I am confident that NCBA’s presence here will play a significant role in supporting our vibrant businesses, empowering our residents, and contributing to the overall growth and development of Makueni County,” Makueni deputy governor Lucy Mulili said.
