Nairobi Bottlers Changes Name to Coca-Cola Beverages Kenya

Nairobi Bottlers Limited, a subsidiary of Coca-Cola Beverages Africa, has changed its name to Coca-Cola Beverages Kenya.

The company claimed in a statement on June 30 that the change was made to better reflect its vision, values, and strategic direction.

“Nairobi Bottlers Limited hereby notifies the general public, customers, stakeholders and partners that we will be known as Coca-Cola Beverages Kenya. This is to better reflect our vision, values and strategic direction,” they said.

The company announced that the changes would take effect on July 1.

However, Nairobi Bottlers highlighted that the company’s registration information would not change.

“The company registration number, tax identification number and all registrations remain the same. The company is only changing the name,” they said.

The name change won’t have an impact on any agreements, contracts, or business connections, they told their partners and customers.

All of the commitments will still be kept, guaranteeing a seamless continuation of their services.

Nairobi Bottlers also stated that they changed all of their written and verbal communications to reflect the new name.

“As part of this transition, we have updated our communication material to reflect the new name. Our online presence, email addresses and contact information will remain unchanged,” the organisation said.
