Developer to Set up Mt. Kenya Region’s Biggest Entertainment Park in Nanyuki
Optiven Group, a diversified real estate, hospitality, insurance, and construction company in Kenya, is set to develop what is to be Mt. Kenya Region’s biggest entertainment center in Nanyuki.

According to the company CEO, Mr. George Wachiuri, “The center will have a swimming pool, VIP rooms, a kids’ park plus numerous games for children.” Wachiuri also added that the entertainment park “will be a replica of what Optiven has done in Kajiado’s town of Kitengela – GMC Funaplace.”
The Great Oasis Gardens – Nanyuki, the exact location where the entertainment park will be set up, is located along the Nanyuki-Rumuruti Road, 10 minutes from The famous Cedar Mall and 8 min from Nanyuki training and referral hospital, 7 min from British Army and directly opposite Mt Kenya Holiday homes. The project is slightly before Ol Pejeta Conservancy main entry gate.
The Nanyuki-Rumuruti Road has already has been earmarked for tarmacking by the government meaning access to the facility from Nanyuki town will be easy.
