Lesedi Developers Issues Hundreds of Title Deeds to Investors

Lesedi Developers, an award winning land selling company, on Saturday October 15, 2022 issued hundreds of title deeds to their rightful owners in a Mega Title Issuance ceremony held in Windsor Hotel, Nairobi.

The ceremony saw more than a hundred Kenyans who have invested through the company receive title deeds to plots bought on various projects by the company. The clients expressed joy towards this milestone by highlighting their plans for the plots.

“I am a proud land owner because of Lesedi Developers. They have made the land affordable for an individual like me who cannot buy it at once,” said Esther Ng’ang’a, one of Lesedi’s clients.  “What I love about this company is that they are considerate towards the small-scale farmers who would like to own land.”

Lesedi Developers was founded in 2019 and has since served more than a thousand individuals to own property at an affordable price in various counties.

The realtor has won various awards over the last two years including Company of the Year Award in the 2021 NaBLA Awards and the first Runner’s Up Land Selling Company of the year 2022.

Currently, the company has ten projects available for investment throughout the country including Kithimani Gardens Phase 1 which has 50×100 plots costing KES 135,000 each.

Other projects include Nanyuki Breeze Phase 1,Waridi Gardens Phase 4 and ,Lesedi Greens Matuu which has 50×100 plots each going for KES 145,000 ,KES 70,000 and, KES 199,000 respectively.

Investors present during the title-deed issuance ceremony were treated to sumptuous refreshments while devouring tasty foods from the top-rated resort. Local entertainers made the event lively. MC Kiarie from Nanyuki, Karangu Muraya, Muthee Kiengei alias Pastor Ben and many more were present.
