As the Easter holiday approaches, Jambojet is set to increase flights to its destinations to Mombasa, Kisumu, Eldoret, and Malindi. Jambojet has been experiencing a surge in bookings during the holidays. The carrier service has not started its flights to Rwanda and Uganda due to the restrictions imposed by those countries to Kenya therefore it is relying heavily on local revenue.

The direct flights that were introduced last year targeting tourists who wanted to go to Mombasa from Eldoret without a stopover in Nairobi. The airline therefore upgraded to five flights weekly from four flights with the additional flight being on Thursday.

“Say yes to unforgettable Easter this year. We have increased frequencies during the Easter season visit into your schedule,” said the Airline.

Direct flights to Kisumu have been increased to five flights every Monday. Direct flights to Malindi have been increased to three flights from two flights.

To Mombasa, which is the most common destination, flights have increased to five flights together with extra flights on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday.

With the increased number of flights, there has been no notable increase in the ticket prices therefore the prices are still affordable. However, the website indicates with the approach of Easter season the prices are to go higher since early bookings are cheaper.
