KCB Wins Kenya’s Best Bank Award at Euromoney Global Awards

KCB Bank was awarded the Best Bank Awards 2021 at the Euromoney Global Awards. The winners were announced online and KCB went home with the award for Best Bank for Customer Experience and the Most Innovative Banking Brand.

KCB also won the award for Africa’s Best Responsibility Bank in the Euromoney Awards for excellence.

“This has cemented the Bank’s leadership position in the banking sector,” commented KCB upon the announcement.

The Euromoney Global Awards are held in order to provide a platform for recognition to key players in the industry who strive for fineness and top-notch service delivery.

It is also meant to provide global recognition and identify brands and companies in terms of their hospitality and service and reward them based on their service aspects, performance and branding exercises.

The awards are based on year-round monitoring of customer satisfaction and market share data that is compiled in order to shortlist candidates for the awards.

In this year, Euromoney received a record number of submissions from banks in the region and country awards program which covers a wide range of categories.
