While making the announcement during the ground-breaking ceremony of Rockvilla Prestige Phase I on Monday, Patrick Muchoki, Mahiga Homes Managing Director said the company’s upcoming projects will see clients coming on board when construction has already started.

Mahiga Homes were among the first to introduce off-plan developments in Kenya 4 years ago and with the new style of home-ownership is set to revolutionize the industry yet again.

Rockvilla Prestige is located in Joska just 900 meters from the Kangundo road tarmac.
