Imara Lands Feted as Kenya’s Land Selling company of the year NaBLA Awards

Imara Lands Investment Limited was on Friday, 15 July awarded as the Land Selling Company of the year at the NaBLA Awards Gala and Summit 2022.

The company, which specializes in affordable parcels of land with flexible payments was feted for its innovativeness in the industry and agility in serving clients.

Speaking when receiving the award, Imara Lands Director, Mr. Kenneth Wambuga said “it has not been an easy journey. Since we started our company 2 years ago during the Covid-19 pandemic. We have committed ourselves as a company to assist Kenyans own property, not just to own land but to own title deeds. This award goes to all our clients and every stakeholder at Imara.”

Imara Land was also recognized as the Fasted Growing Land Selling Company during the ceremony.

On account of the awards announcement, Kimani Patrick, Executive Director and Founder of NaBLA Awards said, “The reason we started NaBLA is for the fact that Kenyans are very resilient, young men and women are acting on their ideas to create jobs, to grow the economy and transform lives and these people need to be acknowledged and celebrated.”

Imara Lands investments Limited was formed in 2019 to help Kenyans own land at the most affordable prices while ensuring value for their money. In a field where there have been several challenges in real estate, the company strategically positions itself to provide lucrative deals in land ensuring the highest levels of integrity and honesty.

The company is currently selling land in Matuu, Joska, Nanyuki, and Malindi, from as low as KSH 80,000 for 50×100 plots.
