Pomp Celebrations and Color as Mahiga Homes Hands over its Ninth Project in Joska

Kenya`s most trusted residential property development company, Mahiga Homes successfully handed over its ninth project in Joska last weekend.

The project, dubbed ROCKVILLA III ESTATE grand handover took place on 25 March 2022.

Speaking during the handover ceremony, Mahiga Homes Managing Director Mr. Patrick Muchoki thanked all clients “for supporting Mahiga Homes and giving us morale to soldier on for this has not been an easy journey’’.

“The journey would not be worthwhile without you and that is why I give you my hongera today,’’ added Muchoki.

He urged all the new homeowners to take care of their homes, advising them to plant trees and flowers in order to maintain the estate.

Mahiga Homes team congratulated the 33 new homeowners of the ROCKVILLA III ESTATE project present in the event.

A client stated that she now owns two properties by Mahiga Homes one in ROCKVILLA I ESTATE and the second in the recently completed project. This noted the trust invested on the company through its clients` continued support.

Entertainment during the event was by famous MC and DJ Macdee of Kameme FM followed by a scrumptious meal in line with the successful project celebration.

ROCKVILLA III ESTATE contains 33 units in total with a common green area to act as a children’s play area or general recreational area for the residents.

It consists of three bedroom Master Ensuite Bungalows with modern open kitchens with a pantry.

Each unit sits on a 40by80 plot with enough space for a backyard and a front lawn with a parking space for two cars.
