Mahiga Homes to Hand Over its 9th Project on Friday

Kenya’s residential property development company, Mahiga Homes is set to hand over its ninth project to the rightful owners for settlement on Friday.

The project, dubbed Rock villa III, contains 33 units with a common green area to act as a children’s play area or general recreational area for the residents and is located just 300 meters from Kangundo Road tarmac.

The units, which are fully sold out, are 3 bedroom Master Ensuite Bungalows with modern open kitchens with a pantry. Each unit sits on a 40by80 plot with enough space for a backyard and a front lawn with a parking space for two cars.

Mahiga Homes currently have 10 more projects under development with its newest project, Rock Villa Prestige, selling at a cash price of Ksh 5.65M.

Rock Villa Prestige is located 900 meters from Kangundo, consisting of modern flat roof three bedroom master ensuite bungalows each on a 50 by 80 plot. Customers interested to invest in the project can make a Ksh 1.8M deposit and clear the balance in 15 monthly installments as the houses get constructed.
