The promised elevated water Tank at Victory Gardens Phase 3, 4 & 5 has kick-started in earnest.  This 40, 000 liters capacity tank will stand 15m tall and will effectively offer around-the-clock assurance of flowing water to the residents of this top gated community in Kitengela.
