Optiven’s Dance Challenge is gaining more traction as more dancers are coming on board to exhibit their talents. The challenge dubbed ‘Optiven Dance Challenge’ was launched in May, 2022 and in the month of June, rapid engagement of the public was witnessed.

The diversity of the participants saw dance crews and individuals taking a chance to win the one of a kind dance challenge that will see them become land owners at the end of the challenge.

Speaking to members of the public as the challenge moved to the streets, majority of people termed the dance as an opportunity to share and celebrate superb dances with friends. Yet other people saw it as a unique challenge to unite Kenyans as well as celebrate our collective diversity as a people amidst the hullabaloo of the campaigns that have intensified as we head towards the general polls.

Individuals or groups who will emerge out with most views across the social media spaces will be declared as winners and be rewarded with a plot of land. Optiven has planned the campaign to stir up local talents allowing people to showcase their gifts in dancing.

Optiven’s Joan Anyango, speaking during an announcement for the status of the participants in the challenge, noted that the criteria for the three groups or persons to be given the rewards will be based on the views strictly as per the presentations of dances on social media spaces.

Among the rewards to be given out are a half-acre piece of land at the Nanyuki based, Great Oasis Gardens by Optiven, an eighth piece of land in Konza and another eighth plot in Naromoru. The challenge is open to all people of all races and backgrounds and is to be shared with the Optiven anthem in the background.
