Free Land Giveaway by One of Kenya’s Top Real Estate Firm
Over the years, winners from dance competitions have always been accorded awards such as merchandise, miniature items, and a round of applause to say the least.
One of Kenya’s leading real estate firms, Optiven Group, has however decided to change the narrative. The real estate today, May 18th 2022, launched the Optiven Dance Challenge that will run for the next 60 days.
The first three winners of the dance challenge will each be awarded a plot in Nanyuki, Konza, and Naro Moru for free all with a clean title deed on the real estate’s three-star projects.
The first-place winner is expected to receive half an acre at the Great Oasis Gardens in Nanyuki on land that is ideally situated just north of the Equator (0° 01′ North). The three-star project by the real estate is surrounded by sites such as the famous Cedar Mall, Nanyuki training and referral hospital, British Army, Ol Pejeta Conservancy and is directly opposite Mt Kenya Holiday homes.
Optiven has plans underway to develop a water borehole, elevated water tank, murram roads, marking fence, and a child-friendly theme park in the project.
The second-place winner will receive an eighth of an acre at the Prosperity Gardens in Konza which is located only 1.8km off Mombasa Road and directly overlooking the massive Konza City. The project is suitable for rental houses, which will be highly favorable once Konza City becomes functional. The Gardens locality has million-dollar investments by global brands who have the future in mind.
The competition’s third place and final winner will be accorded a 1/16th acre at Wema Gardens in Naromoru. The project is entirely characterized by good tidings, with the breathtaking Mt Kenya in view. The nearby town has well-developed amenities that include hospitals, hotels, expanded Infrastructure, business hubs, and a TVET institution
Optiven invites both individuals and groups to participate in the competition. All participants are required to post across their social media platforms. The individual or group with the highest views on their dance challenge post cumulatively will be announced as the winner. Selections will be made after every 2 weeks.
