Optiven Sponsors the 2023 Realtors’ Expo in Nanyuki

Optiven Ltd, the leading real estate developer in Kenya on Saturday, 1st April graced The Realtors Expo in Nanyuki as a sponsor.

The developer is a well-known brand in the Kenyan real estate industry, having delivered numerous successful projects across the country.

Themed ‘Resilience, Recovery, and Sustainability in Business’, the expo brought together tens of investors from various industries in Kenya.

TRE, which is considered to be one of the most significant events in the real estate calendar, attracts leading industry players who showcase their latest projects and developments.

Tens of property developers, real estate agencies, and companies from supporting industries  on Saturday, 1st April 2023 met at Nanyuki’s Sports Club for The Realtors Expo 2023.

The TRE’s key speakers were Hon. Irungu Nyakera CBS, Dr. Ekrah Ndungu, Peter Kinyanjui, Dr.

Eunice Karegi Karimi Ph.D, and Elizabeth Nkukuu.

Established in 2017, The Realtors Expo (TRE) offers real estate companies and developers, corporate brands, government agencies, and other non-state stakeholders an opportunity to interact, network, gather new business opportunities, and engage with their target clientele. 

Joseph Njuguna, the expo’s Chief Operations Officer (COO) and the host said, “During the 2022 TRE, industry leaders gave us a glimpse of how to do business in a challenging time. Most of the business partners who attended the breakfast registered tremendous growth after following advice from thought leaders in various industries. In April this year, we’re gathering again in Nanyuki to look at resilience, recovery & sustainability in business. We welcome investors, business owners, financiers, professional organisations, and government agencies to this all-inclusive networking event.”

TRE attendees thereafter took part in sporting activities like golf. The expo was powered by Peerage, a Corporate Branding, Marketing, PR & Photography agency based in Nanyuki Town but with tentacles across Kenya and beyond.
