Wezesha Real Estate CEO Feted as East Africa’s Realtor of the Year 2020

Entrepreneur John Mwanu, the CEO of Kenya’s Wezesha Real Estate, has been crowned the Realtor of the Year, Under 30 category in the recently held FOYA Awards 2020.

The award ceremony was held last Thursday evening at Nairobi Cinema Auditorium.

The realtor of the year award is awarded to a real estate agent, land developer, architect, land surveyor who is making significant strides and transformation in the sector.

FOYA Awards seeks to recognize, celebrate, and reward outstanding young and youthful entrepreneurs who create jobs and other value-adding opportunities.

Mwanu started Wezesha Real estate in 2017 with a mission to empower middle-class and low-income earners to own homes.

The company offers prime properties from as low as Ksh 70,000 in areas such as Malindi, Konza, Nanyuki, Embu, and Nairobi Metropolitan area.

Speaking during the awards, Mwanu expressed his joy saying the “award is a milestone for him as well as his company, acknowledging the great work we have been doing to empower Kenyans.”

“We believe in providing solutions for every Kenyan to own a home and live decently,” added Mwanu.
