Optiven’s Poverty Alleviation Pillar Putting Smiles On Faces Of Less Fortunate

Millions of people are starving and are forced to live a life in the absence of basic amenities especially now when we are facing the pangs of high costs of living. They lack food, clothes, and homes to live in safe and healthy.

Whatever caused this situation, these people are human beings, and it is our primary responsibility to give them back their dignity by helping as many people as we possibly can.

Optiven Foundation has been on an active course of helping and supporting the less fortunate in society through its Poverty Alleviation Pillar.

The Foundation team has an active role of visiting various Children Homes in Nairobi and donating basic needs such as food, clothes, sanitary towels with the objective of putting a smile on their faces.

Not only is it about helping the less privileged, but also about saving children and adults from choosing unethical ways of meeting these basic needs. This goes a long way in making these people avoid getting involved in criminal, harmful and illegal activities.
