The company which is headquartered at TRV Towers, 4th Floor is looking for Experienced, self-driven, and results-oriented candidates to fill in the role of a sales agent in its vibrant sales team. The desired persons will be reporting to the sales and marketing manager.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- A competent user of the internet, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel.
- At least 2 years of experience working as a marketer.
- Must be ready to commence work immediately.
Skills
- Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiating skills.
- Good organization.
- A strong team player.
- Ability to perform with minimal supervision.
- Ability to adopt a flexible approach to meet targets and the needs of the business.
Responsibilities
- Present, market, and sell goods and services using convincing justifications to current and potential clients.
- To address the demands of current and potential customers, conduct cost-benefit and needs analyses.
- Create, nurture, and uphold effective company and customer connections.
- Call prospective customers on the phone.
- To increase satisfaction, and hasten the resolution of client issues and complaints.
- Reach agreed-upon sales goals and results on time.
- Be knowledgeable about the product.
- Identify prospective customers, lead generation, and conversion.
- Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs.
- Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems.
- Answer questions about the products
