Closure of Safaricom Two Rivers Mall Retail Centre
In a statement shared by the giant telcos on 23rd August 2022, Safaricom closed its retail centre doors at the Two Rivers Mall a step that is to take effect from the 31st of August 2022.
Customers in the area however were advised to continue accessing all Safaricom services from the Village Market Retail Center or nearby Safaricom Care outlets.
Safaricom’s self service channels continue to remain available to all their customers, including Zuri Chatbot, www.safaricom.com, MySafaricom App and their Interactive Voice Biometric System. Their customer care line 100 and 200 are available to all their customers.
