New Jumia Prime Customers To Get Free One Month Delivery

Jumia has launched a new loyalty program dubbed Jumia Prime.

Customers who sign up for the Jumia Prime Campaign will enjoy a one-month free delivery on all products purchased through the app.

The campaign, set to take place throughout the month of May, allows members to benefit from free delivery on all their Jumia Food deliveries and Jumia orders. Also, the members will receive preferential customer service, instant refunds upon returning items, exclusive access to promotions as well as rewards and partnerships.

“We want our customers to think of Jumia Prime as the key to making e-commerce a part of your everyday services. With Jumia Prime, delivery is free, so you can order the small everyday things (groceries, beauty, and home products) and the big things without even thinking about it. It becomes a habit and saves you time & money.” said Jumia CEO Sam Chappatte.

Subscription to Jumia Prime will be sold on the Jumia platform only through pre-payment. A 3-month subscription goes for Ksh.499, a 6-month subscription for Ksh.1099 while the annual subscription goes for Ksh.1999.

Jumia Prime Service is currently available in Nairobi, Mombasa, Nakuru, Kiambu, and Eldoret.
