Monster Energy Launches First Nationwide Consumer Promotion

Monster Energy, in partnership with Coca-Cola Beverages Africa, has launched its first-ever national consumer promotion in Kenya to reward its loyal customers.

Themed, ‘Monster win a trip to Dubai’, the campaign will see Monster consumers stand a chance to win daily and weekly prizes worth millions of shillings during the 12 week promotion period.

The promotion will see ten lucky winners accompanied by a plus one of their choice win the grand prize of a three-day fully paid trip to Dubai. During the trip, they will party on a private yacht with Kenyan artists Khaligraph John and Femi One.

“We are happy to be marking another milestone in growing Monster’s presence in the country through a partnership with Coca-Cola Beverages Africa- Kenya. Coca-Cola and Monster entered into a definitive agreement for a long-term strategic partnership in 2015 to accelerate growth for both companies in the fast-growing global energy drink category,” said Maina Muriuki, Monster Energy Regional Director.

Mr. Muriuki added that the company is known for sponsorships in music, extreme sports, and gaming, being a top energy drink in the world. He also said that the campaign is not only meant to reward their customers but to recruit new fans.

To participate, all consumers need to do is buy any of the six different monster flavors at any retail shop then SMS the unique codes under the pull tab to 40098.
